We connect business buyers with verified European distributors and assist in sourcing products such as perfumes, cosmetics and baby & nursery items.
EU Product Link does not manufacture products, does not own produced goods unless explicitly stated, and may earn commissions or margins for sourcing services.
All product details, prices and availability depend on the supplier.
All quotations and product information are subject to supplier confirmation.
Prices may change due to market conditions or supplier policies.
EU Product Link is not responsible for supplier delays, errors, stock shortages or courier issues.
Depending on the arrangement, the buyer may pay EU Product Link directly (margin model) or pay the supplier directly (commission model).
The payment model is always clarified before confirming an order.
Most shipments are fulfilled directly by the supplier to the buyer.
EU Product Link is not responsible for shipping delays, courier damages, customs delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.
EU Product Link is not liable for loss of profit, indirect damages, supplier non-performance or delivery issues caused by third parties.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to EU Product Link for the specific sourcing service.
Our services are strictly for business buyers (B2B).
These Terms are governed by Polish and EU law.
